Interactive training and testing slides created for Hard Rock Cafe’s Guest Service Training
for Managers. The slides walk the user (Hard Rock Managers) through how to handle guest complaints and other situations that may arise.  The interactive nodes allow them to “role play” various scenarios and be graded on their performance.  Flash / Actionscript programming in a SCORM wrapper to be used with additional training nodules.
